[SCP] Work order order approval prompts insufficient authority

Problem Description

The approval prompt for the work order on SCP is insufficient, as shown below

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. After investigation, it was found that the Virtual Machine in the Work order order approval had an elastic IP
  2. Check the Licensing and find that the administrator has no elastic IP Licensing. After granting the corresponding elastic IP Licensing, it works normally

    Root cause

    Some authorizations in the Licensing are insufficient

    Suggestions and Conclusion

    Check the Work order configuration carefully to see if some permissions are not Allocate
