【SSLVPN】When login SSLVPN get error “LDAP user has been locked”

Issue Description

When login SSLVPN get error "LDAP user has been locked"
When login SSLVPN get error "LDAP user has been locked"

Handling Process

  1. Unlock user from LDAP server and the user able to login SSLVPN
  2. After user reboot/shutdown PC and login SSLVPN again will get same error
  3. Disabled Account Lockout Policy on LDAP server and user tested no issue after reboot/shutdown PC
  4. Install patch 20210104_CTI-Support_M7.6.7-M7.6.9R1_TDCommonLdapIgnoreLock to ignore lock attribute when sync user info from LDAP server

Solution

Either disable Account Lockout Policy on LDAP server or install patch 20210104_CTI-Support_M7.6.7-M7.6.9R1_TDCommonLdapIgnoreLock on SSLVPN device
