【aDesk】, Log In browser, the Resource interface Yes Blank

Problem Description

Auto unlock after Google's browser, enter the vdi Log In Address. After authentication, enter the Resource interface. However, the Resource interface Yes Blank, as shown in the figure below.

With the same vdi account, Auto unlock after Log In in to the box, you can see that Resource can be accessed Connected into the virtual machine.

solution

  1. As of the latest official Version vdi, Browse… login only supports IE Browse… Log In (IE kernel), and Other Browse… Log In will be Error.
  2. Change the Browse… and Log In with IE to display Resource Connected.
