The box can Restore factory settings, but a PIN is required for factory Restore, which may not be entered correctly; at this time, you can press the reset button on the box body View Debug interface, and Select the Thu option from the bottom [wipe data/factory reset] to Restore factory settings
Note: The 500 box does not support factory reset
