【aDesk】3D VM NVIDIA graphics driver Error

Problem Description

In Version 553R2, after the Test Connectivity Licensing is changed to the official 3D Licensing, the template VM Graphics Adapter is changed from 4Q to 2Q, and the template VM has a yellow exclamation mark in Auto unlock after device manager

  1. Right-click the device View Status Type view the device status. A Tips: Windows has stopped the device because of a problem (code 43).
  2. View Windows event log and find the following error:

    Meaning: NVIDIA driver Version does not match, Error: Guest driver is incompatible AND host driver.
    Guest refers to VM, and Host refers to the VMP host.
  3. Check that the driver Version the VMP host is 11.1, while the driver version of the VM is 472.98
  4. The AND Version platform Grid driver version and the Guest VM driver Version is as follows:
