Problem Description

After upgrading to 545, Update Template the VM template

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. OK the blue screen code and dump File (if it is a known problem, handle it according to the known problem)
  2. View safe Mode and replace File to see if Connected (for typical scenarios, please refer to the link: https://support.sangfor.com.cn/cases/read?product_id=26&category_id=12644)
    Note: To OK whether User Update Mon VM, Mon blue screen will appear on VM. Is it Powered on Above Update Template?
