Problem Description

The WeChat video playback on Mon virtual machine is stuck, but Other virtual machines is Connected.

Process——

1. Check the VDC Policy group Settings and find that the virtual machine with WeChat Video stuck and the VM that plays WeChat Video normally are not in the same Policy group. 2. Comparing the two Policy groups, we found that in the Group Policy – [Acceleration] – 2D Desktop Settings, the virtual machine with WeChat Video VM Yes SRAP, while the VM that played Video Connected Yes HEDC Protocol. Change the 2D desktop setting Medium WeChat Video Policy virtual machine group Settings from SRAP to HEDC Protocol, Save and Effective immediately, Reset the box and play WeChat videos again, Connected.

Root cause

The transmission speed Protocol is faster than that SRAP.

solution

Change the 2D Desktop Settings Medium group Policy from SRAP to HEDC Protocol, Save and it will Effective immediately. Reset the box and play WeChat videos again, Connected.
