Problem Description

Mon. The problem that Jiyuyu cannot Connected

There will be no problem Passed Jiyu Medium "Programs and Features" in the Control Panel. After uninstalling it can be Install Connected.

Failed to Install:

During abnormal uninstallation, the binary files of Jiyu were manually deleted instead of uninstalling through the control panel or executing Jiyu uninstall. This results in the Jiyu Registry not being Delete, causing the Jiyu Software to be unable to be reinstalled.

Solution:

Open Registry regedit.exe, find the Path, Delete, and , can Install Connected.

  1. Open registry of the Teachers' VM in question and enter regedit Medium the Running

  3. Right click Auto unlock after the directory tree on the left and Delete {5FB4EEDF-6A79-45C3-B049-EF327CA03FCD}

  4. If it still doesn’t work Below Delete, search for Value {5FB4EEDF-6A79-45C3-B049-EF327CA03FCD} in the registry, and Delete All the related File Auto unlock after the directory tree on the left.
    You can reinstall the new Version
