Problem Description

The virtual machine restarts internally, and the box Tips "Connection interrupted"

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. The customer reported that only 3 VM site had this problem, and Other VM Reset Connected Yes startup interface
  2. Click Reconnect and try several times to View Desktop
  3. When Disconnect, Test Connectivity VDC and vmp IPs and they IP address Connected
  4. Comparing with the Connected box Settings, it was found that these 3 boxes did not check "Reconnect after disconnection"

solution

Check the box "Reconnect after disconnection" to solve the problem
