Root cause

Remote Remote App Above 5.4.6 do not have window Group merging, and do not support Switch. You need to upgrade to versions later than 5.4.6 (5.4.10).

solution

If you upgrade to version 5.4.6 (5.4.10) Below, it is recommended to upgrade to the latest stable Version.
PS: Starting from 5.4.10, XP VM and XP clients are not supported, and Server 2003 systems are not supported as remote application servers
