【aDesk-SBC】Windows operation and maintenance issues: SBC (Remote App) will Open Mon extra Edge browser

Problem Description

When publishing a Remote App, the Mon App opened by User after Open will Open Mon additional Edge browser. AND the App opened. Only when User logs Open Re-Login logs back in on the SBC server Open App will Mon additional Edge browser be Open.

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Use the attachment procmon Procmon.exe ( 0.69M ) to monitor the Process Details of the Windows account that is Log In when the SBC application is opened.
