[VDI] 3D VM Text and Image Blur Issue

Issue Description

In the user’s environment, the VM without a GPU displays text sharply and clearly, similar to a physical PC. However, when the user enables the GPU for the VM, the text becomes blurry and unclear.

Handling Process

  1. Go to Policy set > Virtual Desktop Option > Acceleration, change the 3D-supported desktop image compression from lossy to lossless.

  2. After change to lossless, the 3D VM text and image will become sharply and clearly now.

Solution

Change the 3D VM image compression.
