Problem Description

When File Export audit, the report center will Tips the vdcid Save in Report Center AND Mon with this device when exporting files.

Warning Information

solution

  1. Delete OR Rename User on the data center server
    "Install disk: \Sangfor\DataCenterServ\log_data\store\vdidc\config\access_control\vdcid"
    "Install disk: \Sangfor\DataCenterServ\log_data\store\vdidc\config\access_control_bak\vdcid"
    These two File
  2. Re-Auto unlock after the data center address in the VDC console data center.
    Note: This Operation will make it impossible to query previous data center logs. Please obtain the customer's consent before Operation
