Problem Description

New Resource Select creating a new VDC resource, an error message appears: Failed to obtain Template

Root cause

Auto unlock after [vdi Settings] – [HCI GUI Controller], the VMP platform is not connected properly.

solution

Settings in the VMP Address in [vdi Settings] – [HCI GUI Controller]. After Connectivity is normal., go to New Resource and Select Template the template.
