[adesk] Template VM derived Resource, some files in the VM File Successful
Problem Description
There are Install Software and Mon software package of more than 100M on the Desktop of the Template VM machine. , the Template derives the virtual machine, the derived VM is Powered On and a shortcut is found Auto unlock after Desktop. However, the Software package of more than 100M is not Auto unlock after Desktop, but Auto unlock after C drive. The Software Install package Successful.
Process——
- Test Connectivity Auto unlock after Test Connectivity environment, Create 10M, 20M, 30M, 40M, 50M File on the Template machine and put them on the Desktop, then execute the Update Template;
- , Template Finish Update, Open derived VM and find that only a 10M File Auto unlock after Desktop;
Root cause
Desktop redirection has None on the total File Size as long as there is enough disk space; there is a limit on the size of a single file. If it exceeds 10M, redirection will not be performed. If the redirected File is too large, it will take a long Time to VM.
solution
It is currently not possible to redirect a single File larger than 10M.
