[adesk] vdi Settings that Resource jump does not Effective
Problem Description
The customer associated two Resource. The Settings jump to the WIN10 resource did not Effective. The original Resource was still displayed after User Log In and logged in againResource
Effective troubleshooting steps
- Check the Role Licensing interface to see that User associated with two Resource
- Policy Settings for specified Resource jump
- Tried to log out User and Reset the box but it didn't work
- Check that Resource is not Disabled, and change the Status to Enabled.
Root cause
The resource specified for redirection is Disabled, causing User to be unable to access it
solution
The Resources interface will change from Enabled to enabled
