Problem Description

The Max Memory of the virtual machine memory sent by acenter to VMP Yes 64G, but when Yes the License Key interface of the corresponding Cluster, it View found that the Max Memory Yes 8G
Tips VMP has been Connected aCenter, and the retaining wall uses USB Key for Licensing. The acenter Licensing Error

Root cause

and VMP Cluster and acenter experience a network outage. Below the network is Restore, the Licensing is not Restore Connected.

solution

  1. Remove the Error VMP Cluster Log Out acenter management, and then re-add it to management, and the Licensing can be Restore Connected.
    (PS: Leaving acenter management will Impacts interruption of current User, so it needs to be done after get off work or with the customer's consent)
