[VDI] Unable to mount ISO file after installed remote app agent

Issue Description

Unable to mount an ISO file after installing the remote app agent. After right-clicking the ISO file and selecting "Mount," the following error appears:

Handling Process

  1. Open Disk Management, Select the ISO file (you can identify it by its size).
    file

  2. Right-click the ISO file, select Change Drive Letter and Paths > Add > Assign the following drive letter > Click OK.
    file

  3. Right-click the ISO file and mount it again. It should mount successfully.

Solution

Assign driver letter to the ISO file.
