[VDI] Unable to Save File When Accessing Remote Application
Issue Description
After configuring the remote application server, the user is able to access the remote app ‘WordPad.’ However, when trying to save a file, the following error message appears: "The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

Handling Process

Checked the VDC policy settings and found that there was a policy for remote application access privileges with the option "Hide drives on remote server" enabled.

Disabled the "Hide drives on remote server" option.

Solution
After making the change, the user is now able to save the file in the WordPad remote application without encountering the error.
