Problem Description

The business key is mapped to VM for use. Unplugging the key will cause User log out Back to the Resource interface, and VM will Reset.

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. There are problems when using vdi client and box Connected. Yes Connected to change Mon Other Type of key. 2. Check the USB-key authentication on the VDC. The key is not read and Enabled Logout Upon Key Unplug function is not enabled.
  2. Get the pvid of the business key and Settings Connected after configuring the storage acceleration blacklist
