Problem Description

The File Export audit tool cannot discover the local PC's disk

Warning Information

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check that VM and Report Center can communicate Connected, and 443 can also communicate.
  2. Use IE Browse… to check Connected access the Report Center
  3. Check the VDC Policy and find that Policy disk mapping is not checked in the policy.

Root cause

Policy VDC policy does not have disk mapping checked

solution

Check disk mapping, log out of the VDC User, and Log In Connected.
