Issue Description

Thin client cannot access the VM and displays the error message "Please wait… Obtaining configurations…".

Handling Process

1. Login to VDC WebUI and find the following error log in (Maintenance > Troubleshooting > Logs).
   

Root Cause

VMP admin’s password has been configured incorrectly.

Solution

Go to VDI Options > Virtualization Platform > VMP and fill in the correct VMP admin’s password.
