Issue Description

The remote application is unable to play audio. On the remote app server, Google Chrome is published, but when playing a YouTube video on the Chrome, there is no sound.

Handling Process

1. Verify that the agent status is normal.
2. Ensure that the PC RDP remote application server can play audio.
3. Confirm that group policies do not restrict remote applications from playing audio.

Root Cause

The remote application server is missing a registry key.

Solution

Login to the remote application server, and add the following registry key：
