Issue Description

If the Agent has corrupted/damaged, users may encounter abnormal behavior of VMs such as:

1. Unable to login.
2. VDC fails to distribute or perform actions on VM.
3. Abnormal display on VM.
4. Mapping issue.
5. Abnormal mouse behaviour.
6. Abnormal video playback.

Error/Warning Information

Navigate to VDI Options > Virtual Machines to view on the Agent Status.

Handling Process

Mouseover on the status to view the brief message explaining the issue.
