Issue Description

Customer reported that the CPU usage of the hardware VDC remains at 100 percent.

Error/Warning Information

Handling Process

1. Enter VDC backend and execute the command top, found that the gzip process occupies the highest CPU.
   

2. There are many core logs under /sf/log/dump
   

Root Cause

The gzip process is abnormal, causing the CPU usage full.

Solution

systemctl restart sangfor-apache

It will affect the use of VDC proxy to access scenario (users need to reconnect), direct connection will not be affected.
