[VDI] VDI Client Installation Stuck

Issue Description

During VDI client installation, the installation process will stuck on Uninstall.exe.

Handling Process

  1. As per confirmed, there is a a conflict during the checking of signature on the install.exe and uninstall.exe.
    file

  2. To resolve this, it would require manually execute a few exe application files from C:\Program Files (x86)\Sangfor\VDI\ClientComponent and perform the installation again by clicking on install.exe.

  3. During the re-install of VDI client, it will uninstall the previous exe application that have installed and carry out the installation process successfully.

Root Cause

A conflict of signature on install.exe and uninstall.exe causing the installation stuck. It can be resolved by manually install a few exe files from C:\Program Files (x86)\Sangfor\VDI\ClientComponent and perform the re-install of VDI clien.
