Issue Description

VMP only able to select until the date 2020-12-30, not able to show the year 2021 and so on.

Known bug due to restriction on backend logic.

Root Cause

1. The VMP date-time setting can only be selected until 2020.
2. The qcow2-defrag code has added a restriction on the time. If you use qcow2-defrag after year 2020, an error will be reported. You can use -e to ignore this time limit

Solution

Patch is available, just upload into VMP.
