Issue Description

VMP cannot clear known alarms; the alarm reappears after clicking "I got it."

Handling Process

1.Try changing the browser; the alarm will still reappear.

Root Cause

The alarm log remains in the backend.

Solution

Restart the vtplogd service of VMP by running the command /sf/etc/init.d/vtplogd restart. (Running this command will not affect the business.)
