Handling Process
- Checked the disk space as displayed on web ui, verified there is sufficient space on the device.

- Checked on the report reservation setting, confirmed it is set to delete reports generated 7 days ago.

- Verified this is known issue at version 9.5.8, require to install a patch to fix it.
