Issue Description

Customer has 2 Internet line and a 4G connection. Whenever customer enable 4G connection, all traffic is going through 4G connection instead of 2 Internet Line.

Handling Process

1. Check that Line 1 and Line 3 is Internet ISP, while Line 2 is 4G
2. Disable Line 2, Line 1 and Line 3 have traffic passing
3. Tested Line 1 and Line 3 can access internet without any issue
4. Check Line Selection Policy, it is “Select the firstly enabled line”

Root Cause

Line 2 was on the top in Multiline Options

Solution

Move Line 2 to the bottom, and arrange Line 1 and Line 3 according to user preferences
