【WANO】WANO Acceleration Establishment Failure Public Knowledge

Issue Description

Acceleration Tunnel build up failure. System Log displays “Gateway association reconnect after 10 seconds”.
System Logs:

Handling1. Client side configuration is correct, but the Status of the Acceleration Connection is always “connecting”.

  1. Check from the Acceleration Connection on the Server side found that it was not enabled.

  2. Click [Enable] in the Acceleration Connection at the Server side, and test the connection is normal. Process

  5. Click [Enable] in the Acceleration Connection at the Server side, and test the connection is normal.

    Root Cause

    Acceleration Service is not enabled.

Solution

Click [Enable Acceleration] in the Acceleration Connection at the Server side.
