Issue Description

WANO fail to join the BBC . The Logs information is as follows:
Path: Maintenance > Logs

Handling Process

1: Check from the Central Management status, the message shows “Login with this account is found on another endpoint”.
Path: System > Central Management

2: Check the BBC branch user and find that this user has access by other device.
3: After add a new user and rejoined the WANO to BBC, it can successfully join.

Root Cause

The user has been used in other device.

Solution

Create new user on the BBC and rejoin again.

Suggestion

When the BBC fails to join, you can view the error prompts and the device BBC client log to locate the cause of the problem.
