Issue Description

WANO prompt alert "/dev/mapper/sangfor-dc usage above 90%"

Handling Process

  1. Checking from the backend, the sangfor-dc parttion has been exceed 90% threshold (It also can be viewed from web console under Maintenance > Web console by using df -h command).

  2. dc partition was used to store log files. From the output, we can know that there are many log files storing and taking up the storage.

  3. Proceed to Report Center from the top right corner.

  4. Locate System > Database Cleanup to clear up some unused old logs to free up the storage.

  1. After delete the log files, the storage should be released and the warning should be gone once the usage is below 90%.

    Root Cause

    Accumulated log files taking up the storage leading to dc parttion full.

Solution

Clear some old log files to release the storage.
