Issue Description

WANO upgrade from 9.5.1 to 9.5.3, Sangfor Firmware Updater upgrade failed.

Handling Process

Problem 1: Device configured with VPN mobile users
Prompt: There are mobile users exist. Please delete the mobile users before trying again. The specific screenshot is as below:

Problem 2: Device configured with mobile virtual IP pool
Prompt: There are virtual IP addresses for mobile users being assigned. Please remove them before trying again.

Root Cause

Problem 1: WANO 9.5.3 does not support PDLAN users accessing VPNs. WOC9.5.1 have configured PDLAN mobile users, causing upgrade failure.

Problem 2: WANO 9.5.3 does not support the access of the PDLAN user to the VPN. The virtual IP pool of the WOC 9.5.1 is also configured with the IP segment of the mobile type. As a result, the upgrade fails.

Solution

Problem 1: Delete the mobile user inside the Local Users

Problem 2: Delete the mobile user type virtual IP pool
